Flowing Emotions
Emotional Intelligence
Emotions cannot be controlled. They cannot be resisted or blocked. The more we try to ignore them, the more we get affected by them.
Hence, the solution we provide to deal with emotions is to let them flow. We base our theory and practice on the famous rule of consciousness:
Energy flows where attention goes.

First vs. Secondhand Experience
First-hand sensory experiences refer to how your body’s biological receptors (sight, hearing, touch, taste, smell) gather and convert raw environmental data into neurological signals, which your brain then organizes into actionable perceptions.
These direct encounters with the physical world are foundational for human learning and emotional regulation. However, understanding how they work requires distinguishing between the raw physical sensation and your psychological perception of it.
Why First-Hand Sensory Experiences Matter
Cognitive Development: Experiencing the world first-hand is the foundation of infant and child development. Crawling, feeling textures, and manipulating objects directly builds complex brain pathways and strengthens learning.
Emotional Connection: The senses are heavily tied to memory and emotion. First-hand sensations like smelling a familiar scent or tasting a comfort food can reliably trigger feelings of joy and social connection.
Bodily Awareness: Beyond the basic five senses, senses like proprioception (body awareness) and the vestibular sense (balance) allow you to interact seamlessly with space and determine how much force to use, even with your eyes closed.
