We move the left leg behind the right leg, lowering our posture to the ground. we block with the left hand from outside to inside.
Posture: chicken stance (Xie bu)
We advance with the left leg while holding the weight on the back leg, and we block from inside to outside.
Posture: Xu bu
We push with the right palm, and we move the weight on the front leg.
Posture: Gong bu
