Part 12 Ending Movement
We place out right palm under the left one, shifting our weight to the left leg. Posture: Gong bu
Right arm moves in a big circle all the way to the back, shifting from Gong bu to Pu bu posture.
We move the right leg forward, in a xu bu stance. The right arm is positioned in the center, under the left palm.
We move simultaneously the right arm (bring your fist in front of your face and keep the elbow down) and lift the right knee up. Both arms and leg go down in the same time.
We close down by re-centering our arms, shoulders and hips. The weights is placed in the center.
We shift our weight to the right foot, and we close the routine by moving the left foot close to the right one.
