Part 2 – Swipe and pull
This is a movement from the lower abdomen (dan tian). We block to the left at 45 degrees. We move the hands to our left side.
We shift our weight to the left foot, and we turn the right foot to the right.
We swipe with the left leg, and we throw the leg forward in the same time with the hands pulling back.
