Walk, Sweat and Listen
Sweating is really a crucial element for detoxing our body. This is the reason today, as part of the program, you must take two walks, each one for at least 30 minutes.
I do not know how is the climate in your area and where you intend to walk. Whether you will walk indoors (maybe in a mall, or even in a gym on a treadmill, or you prefer outdoors, dress up by adding more layers than normal, heat up your body and walk to sweat as many toxins out as possible. Wear a 100% cotton shirt (for the first layer) to protect your skin.
