Part 1 – Starting
The Starting Movement
The starting movement of Tai Chi – Chen 2 form begins with lowering the shoulders and relaxing the neck. We move the left legs slowly to the left side, forming a distance between the feet equal with the distance between shoulders.
We slowly re-balance our weight in the middle, and we lower our body.
Palms go first vertical while moving up, and they descend horizontal all the way to the hips.
