Part 16 – Closing

Lift both right fist and right knee, punch in the left palm situated in front of the lower abdomen.

Cross your palms in front of your chest, push forward.

Bring your hands back to your abdomen.

We close down by re-centering our arms, shoulders and hips. The weights is placed in the center.

We shift our weight to the right foot, and we close the routine by moving the left foot close to the right one.
