Tai Chi Yang 1 explained
Part 1 - Starting movement
Part 2 - Cloudy hands, hook and block to the left side
Part 3 - Chi ball to the left, block with the right arm
Part 4 - Block with the left palm, punch with the right fist
Part 5 - Block with the left arm, punch with the left fist
Part 6 - Block with the right arm
Part 7 - Strike with the left palm, followed by a strike with the right palm
Part 8 - One step backward, block from outside.
Part 9 - Two strikes forward, one step backward and block
Part 10 - Strike with your left palm, step backward, cross arms
Parts 11 - Ending movement
