Part 9 – Two strikes forward, one step backward and block

  1. Strike forward with the right palm, while the left palm blocks downwards. Body weight is placed on the left leg.
  2. Strike with the left palm, while the right palm blocks downwards. Body weight is placed in the back, on the right leg.
  3. Place your arms in the back, and step backwards.
  4. Block using your right palm, from outside to inside.
