Part 9 – Two strikes forward, one step backward and block
- Strike forward with the right palm, while the left palm blocks downwards. Body weight is placed on the left leg.
- Strike with the left palm, while the right palm blocks downwards. Body weight is placed in the back, on the right leg.
- Place your arms in the back, and step backwards.
- Block using your right palm, from outside to inside.
