Tai Chi Yang 2 Explained
Part 1 - Starting move
Part 2 - Cloudy hands, hook and block to the left side
Part 3 - We step forward, chi ball, push forward with both hands
Part 4 - Cloudy hands and turn to the right
Part 5 - Cloudy hands and turn to the left
Part 6 - Step forward, brush knee and push
Part 7 - Block up and push forward
Part 8 - Step backward, and prepare to kick
Part 9 - Kick with the right foot (toe kick)
Part 10 - Kick with the left foot (toe kick)
Part 11 - Kick with the right foot (hill kick)
Part 12 - Palm strike, and push hands
Part 13 - Two steps backwards, cross arms
