Part 3 – We step forward, chi ball, push forward with both hands
- We shift the weight to the right leg, in order to turn the left foot to the left.
- We step forward bringing the feet together, forming a chi ball to the left.
- We step with the right leg forward, pushing the right hand forward. (gong bu stance)
