A Kidney Workout

The kidneys are ruled by the water element and considered to be the energetical battery of the human body. The kidneys hold Jing energy, which is an important resource that keeps us alive and youthful. When we work on our kidney health and vitality, we maintain our reserves of Jing, avoiding depletion.
