What is Ba Gua Qi Gong

Ba Gua Qi Gong is by far the most powerful self-healing technique available within the Ki Train Method. I have learned this profound tool directly from Grand Master Huang Shi Fu in China. This practice combines the following three elements:

Holding Postures: Sustaining specific arm postures for a long period of time, which activates different meridians and organ systems. Holding each posture while slow-walking increases internal strength.

Controlled Breathing: The breathing patterns are correlated with the magnetic direction of the Earth’s energy grid.

Grounding: Connecting the body to the Earth by sliding the feet over the ground, without lifting them at all during practice. The heels stay rooted to the ground.

Ba Gua Qi Gong is correlated with the Earth’s magnetic field and it balances the energy levels of the body. By focusing on the main organ systems, it creates an accelerated flow of energy to the respective area of the body. It is well known that holding certain body postures for long periods of time increases body stamina in general and internal organs in particular.

On top of that, imagine now the effect of combining Ba Gua walking (which creates dynamic body grounding) with the Qi Gong postures (which unblock and accelerate meridian energy flow).

It is incredibly powerful!
