1. From Ban ma bu posture, we turn the right foot to the left.
  2. We shift our weight to the left leg
  3. We cross our arms in front of our body
  4. we withdraw the right leg, until the distance between our legs becomes equal with the distance between our shoulders.
  5. We close by moving the left leg, the same leg which started the routine, but reversed.

We started by moving the left leg (Yin side, listening) and we end now by moving the same left leg. we start by listening and end by listening.
