Tai Chi Basic 5 full routines
- We use the right hand to block down, while we strike with the left palm.
- We shift our right leg (behind) and we rotate simultaneously our ;eft palm to facing to the left side.
- We lower our stance by placing all the weight to the left leg.
- We extend our right arm all the way to the right foot.
- We end up in the Pu bu stance.
Pu bu means flat stance.
