Pu bu

  1. We use the right hand to block down, while we strike with the left palm.
  2. We shift our right leg (behind) and we rotate simultaneously our ;eft palm to facing to the left side.
  3. We lower our stance by placing all the weight to the left leg.
  4. We extend our right arm all the way to the right foot.
  5. We end up in the Pu bu stance.
Pu bu

Pu bu means flat stance.
