10. Cloudy Hands
Cloudy Hands are extremely complex series of movements. You must coordinate both hands, body and legs in the same time.
Shift your weight from the left leg to the right leg, one palm describes a horizontal circle and the other one a vertical circle. We do nor move our palms individually, but as a result of moving the lower abdomen and turning the entire body.
Perform the same movement three times, followed by another single whip movement.
