15. Needle at Sea Bottom

  1. Half step with the right foot.
  2. Bring the left foot backwards (place the weight on the back leg)
  3. Bring the palms/arms back
  4. Block with the left palm next to the knee
  5. Push down with the right palm fingers pointing down.

Make sure that the feet are not on the same line, so the hips bend well. If this posture is not correctly maintained, there is a slight chance of injury while bending down.
