6. Repulse Monkey

  1. Rotate your torso slightly to the right. the right palm describes a big circle, moving it from the shoulder. As it reaches back to the shoulder level, turn both your palms up, turn your neck /head forward and lift your front knee.
  2. Step slowly with your left leg back one step. Make sure you keep your balance at al times. Shift the weight in the back and continue with the same movement on the other side.

Important to remember

Keep your height constant, avoiding going up and down. Perform the movements as slow as possible. Move from your lower abdomen (dantian)
