4. Brush Knee and Push

  1. From the previous position (Crane), we turn to the left as much as we can from the abdomen, and we interchange the palms, followed by a turn to the right and interchanging of palms, in preparation for the brush knee movement.
  2. We step without placing any weight on the front leg. (Tai Chi empty step)
  3. We block with the left palm facing down, and push with the right hand forward.
  4. We repeat the brush knee step three times.
