4. Brush Knee and Push
- From the previous position (Crane), we turn to the left as much as we can from the abdomen, and we interchange the palms, followed by a turn to the right and interchanging of palms, in preparation for the brush knee movement.
- We step without placing any weight on the front leg. (Tai Chi empty step)
- We block with the left palm facing down, and push with the right hand forward.
- We repeat the brush knee step three times.
