8. Grasp Sparrow’s Tail, Ward Off, Roll Back, Push Forward (right side)

  1. We shift our weight on the right leg, rotate the left leg and our body to the right. We bring collect the earth chi and come back into the chi ball position, by bringing the right leg back.
  2. Tai Chi empty step with the right leg, without placing any weight on it,
  3. Repeat same as previous movements, but on the right side.
