This exercise stimulates the “Triple Burner” (San Jiao meridian).
We stretch the spine and look up while holding the palms up and relaxing the entire body. Continue to breathe relaxed while looking up.
In the beginning, you may follow the video and hold the posture for 20 seconds, and as you become more comfortable, you may hold the posture for more time, while feeling the energy flow in the body.
