Our body is made out of water. The water main quality is adaptability which is due to its qualities: relaxed and flexible.
Water does not break unless it is in the stiff form of ice. Our meridians system coincides in its vast majority with the nervous system. When we practice relaxation, both the meridians and nervous system become more efficient, allowing the energy to flow better through.
Emotions and thoughts impact our body by creating disturbances in the energy flow. Whether we are mental or emotional masters or not, a simple way to maintain our body healthy is by performing body exercises through Qi Gong.
Even if you choose not to practice the entire Qi Gong routine, it would be great to create a ritual of relaxation every day. The following routine is performed daily by our practitioners:
