What is Qi Gong?
Qi Gong is an ancient self-healing practice which uses natural laws of Yin and Yang, the Five Elements theory and other concepts that are meant to help the practitioner to find inner balance, which leads to perfect health and slow down aging.
Qi means energy and Gong means effort, work, practice.
At Ki Train we are practicing a combination of Tai Chi, Ba Gua, Aikido and Qi Gong. Following more and more requests, we have decided to build a few online courses and open a Qi Gong Academy Online, soon to be available also in Arabic language. For more information please contact us here.
